Website & Service Terms

These terms concern use of the National Committee for Quality Management website and its professional activities. Additional terms apply where identified for a particular service.

Public information explains the activity described. A page does not itself create an appointment, membership, booking or service contract.

Respect the rights stated for each publication, image and external reference. You may link to public pages without presenting unrelated material as a Committee service.

Provide accurate information, protect account access and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not misuse forms or another person's information.

Membership, contributions, learning and cooperation follow their own acceptance procedures. An enquiry or submission receipt is not acceptance of an agreement.

A fee-bearing activity identifies amount, scope and cancellation conditions before acceptance. Refunds follow those terms and applicable requirements.

Guidance has the scope and limitations stated in the work. Membership and participation do not confer an unstated certification, accreditation or product endorsement.

Use the relevant complaint, correction or appeal route. These terms do not remove rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
