National Committee for Quality Management
Leadership & Secretariat
The Secretariat
The Secretariat is the central contact for institutional affairs, professional participation and enquiries about NCQM publications. It coordinates correspondence and directs technical questions to the relevant area of work.
Institutional authority
Authority to act for the Committee is defined by the governing documents and the written remit of the role. The Secretariat handles requests to confirm institutional representation.
Professional responsibility
Technical, advisory and editorial responsibilities are assessed in relation to the subject and the work involved. Professional affiliations do not, by themselves, authorize a person to represent the Committee.
Roles and appointments
An appointment defines its responsibilities, duration, reporting relationship and limits of authority. Institutional office, technical review and advisory participation are distinct roles.
Relevant interests
Professional and commercial interests are addressed under the conflicts policy. Disclosure and recusal protect the integrity of technical and institutional decisions.
Contact by function
Use the Committee contact routes for membership, technical work, research, learning or institutional enquiries.
Governance and participation
Read the institutional documents for governance responsibilities and technical committee framework for the scope of technical participation.
