Membership Fees & Terms

Membership fees and applicable terms are confirmed in writing before payment is requested. For category and fee enquiries, contact membership@ncqm.org. Review the quoted category, amount and period before proceeding.

The amount due identifies currency and any applicable tax or charge. A written quotation or invoice controls the transaction described.

The confirmation identifies when membership begins and ends. Payment alone does not replace eligibility review where required.

Accepted payment arrangements are stated before payment. Renewal terms identify the next period and any changes to benefits or fees.

Review the applicable cancellation conditions before acceptance. Refund requests identify the membership and transaction concerned.

Applications may require clarification of eligibility or representation. Providing payment information does not guarantee acceptance.

Material changes to membership arrangements are communicated with their effective date and effect on the current period.
