NCQM supports access to public information through clear navigation, keyboard controls and a route to request assistance.

Clear headings, meaningful controls and keyboard access support navigation. Report the specific page and difficulty if a function cannot be used.

If a publication's format is inaccessible to you, identify the document and the format or assistance needed. Do not include unnecessary medical information.

Describe the page or document and the difficulty encountered when requesting assistance. An access enquiry does not require unnecessary medical or personal information.

Contact the Secretariat for information access or education@ncqm.org for a learning or event arrangement.

Describe the task, page, device or assistive tool where relevant. The response identifies the next step and an appropriate alternative where available.
