National Committee for Quality Management
Group Learning
Purpose
Group learning addresses a defined subject and audience. The scope is agreed before a proposal becomes a booking.
Subjects
Choose a relevant area of practice and identify the specific questions the group needs to address.
Audience and outcomes
Describe participants' roles, experience and learning needs. Useful objectives relate to their work rather than a general request for training.
Delivery
Proposed arrangements identify format, language, duration, participant conditions and materials.
Scope review
The subject and expected outcomes are reviewed for suitability. Any assessment or learning record is described separately.
Fees and delivery terms
A written proposal identifies included work, fees, cancellation and responsibilities. An enquiry does not create a booking.
Learning records
Records identify the participant, activity and participation or completion achieved.
Discuss your needs
Send a group learning enquiry with the subject, audience and preferred format.
