National Committee for Quality Management
Technical Cooperation
Purpose
Technical cooperation addresses a professional need through an agreed scope of work. The intended contribution should be clear before roles or public statements are established.

Areas of cooperation
Proposals may concern research, terminology, practice guidance, professional education or technical exchange within the Committee's areas of work.
Define the work
Describe the question, participants, outputs and intended audience. Explain what each party contributes and who is responsible for review.
Relevant interests
Identify commercial, financial or institutional interests that may affect the work. The review arrangement should address them before participation begins.
Information and rights
Agree on access to information, confidentiality, authorship and publication permissions. Public availability does not remove third-party rights.
Review and communication
Technical findings follow the applicable review process. Cooperation announcements describe the actual relationship and do not imply government or regulatory approval.
