Name & Logo Use

The Committee's name and organization logo identify the institution. They are not product certification marks or evidence of regulatory approval.

Use requires the permission applicable to the purpose. Public availability of an image does not authorize unrestricted commercial use.

Permission identifies the user, material, channels and purpose. A member or contributor may describe only the relationship actually held.

State the activity or relationship precisely. Do not use a logo or membership statement to imply endorsement of a product, service or entire organization.

Use approved artwork without distortion, added wording or incorporation into another mark. Preserve the required separation from surrounding claims.

A link to ncqm.org should identify the relevant institutional page. Do not frame external commercial material as a Committee service.

Do not imply government authority, accreditation, product approval or a partnership beyond the documented relationship.

Stop or amend use when permission ends, the relationship changes or the stated conditions are no longer met.

Contact the Secretariat or media@ncqm.org for a defined media use. Approved organization assets have their own permission conditions.

Report suspected misrepresentation with the link, image and factual basis.
