National Committee for Quality Management
Service Request
Send your enquiry to the appropriate Committee function. A receipt confirms that your request has been received.
Submission requirements and process
Your topic
Choose institutional affairs, technical work, research, membership, learning, media, privacy or billing. A topic selected on the previous page is retained.
Related activity
Provide a publication, event, membership or request reference where relevant. Include only information relevant to the enquiry.
Contact information
Provide the name and email needed to respond. Identify the organization you represent only where relevant to the request.
Your question
Describe the issue and the information or action you need. A focused account helps route the matter.
Attachments
Attach only relevant material you are authorized to share. Use the designated confidential route for sensitive information.
Privacy
Information is used to handle the request as described in the privacy notice. Optional email updates are a separate choice.
Review
Check the topic, contact address and attachments before selecting Submit request.
Receipt
A successful submission provides a request reference and receipt time. This confirms transmission, not acceptance of a proposed arrangement.
Follow-up and errors
Use the reference for further correspondence. If submission fails, retain your text and retry; the failure message identifies whether a request was created.
A useful service request
Choose the function closest to your subject and state the question or outcome needed. Include an existing reference where the matter concerns a publication, membership or earlier correspondence. For technical research, identify the market and document or record.
The form supports one relevant attachment. Explain a confidentiality need before sending information requiring special arrangements. Avoid unrelated personal information.
Continue through the request record
A received submission has a reference and private access link. The record preserves the original information, shared attachments and subsequent correspondence. Additional information about the same matter can be added there.
A status such as “information requested” or “response issued” describes the handling of the request. It does not by itself establish membership, a payment, a publication acceptance or another substantive decision.
International standards research
A focused research enquiry
For international standards research, select Research & Publications and include the product or activity, intended market, technical question and document designation. The related-reference field can identify a Center page or publication.
